Diaphragm valve is a special form of valve with cut-off function. Its opening and closing parts are composed of a diaphragm made of steel valve disc and soft materials (rubber and fluoroplastic composite), and the valve body cavity is separated from the valve cover cavity to achieve the purpose of cut-off the medium inside the pipe.
The basic series of diaphragm valves are G41F46 weir type and G45F46 DC type. The structural characteristics are as follows:
(1) The composite diaphragm separates the lower inner cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover, and forms a direct current channel with it, completely isolating the valve stem, valve disc and other internal components on the upper part of the diaphragm from the medium, eliminating the need for packing sealing structure, and avoiding both internal and external leakage of the medium.
(2) Using FEP (Teflon) fluoroplastics and synthetic rubber composite membranes, customers can choose different lining materials according to the requirements of the medium to maximize economic benefits.
(3) As an actuator, the diaphragm is prone to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing, and should be replaced regularly according to the working conditions and medium characteristics.
1. Valve manufacturing follows specifications:
a. Design and manufacture in accordance with GB 12239 standard;
b. The structural length shall comply with GB 12221;
c. The flange size shall be in accordance with JB 78/JB 79 (GB.HG. SH) standard;
d. The pressure test shall be carried out in accordance with JB/T 13927 standard;
e. The logo shall comply with the GB 12220 standard;
f. Supply according to JB/T 7928 standard.
2. Driving method
This product can be manufactured with handle, pneumatic, electric and other driving methods according to user needs.
3. Valve Connection Standards
This product can be manufactured according to user needs and supplied in accordance with standards such as ANSI (American Standard), DIN (German Standard), JIS (Japanese Standard), etc.

*Unless otherwise specified in the contract, in general, when the diaphragm valve is PN0.6MPa, it shall be manufactured according to the flange size of PN1.0MPa.
