Check valve is an automatic valve that relies on the flow of the medium itself to automatically open and close the valve disc and prevent the reverse flow of the medium
Check valves can be divided into three structures based on their structure:
1 Swivel check valve
The basic series of swing check valves are H44F46 and H74F46 single disc swing series and H76F46 double disc swing series. All plastic lined (pin) shafts are embedded in a special groove formed between the valve body and valve cover, providing flexible opening and closing and reliable sealing. In addition, the characteristics of H72 and H76 check valves are that, in addition to the valve body and valve disc, the reset springs are all lined with corrosion-resistant plastic. A well-designed spring ensures that the valve disc can generate sufficient sealing pressure in the low-pressure area, ensuring the reliability of the seal. 2. Vertical lift check valve
The basic series of vertical lift check valves are H40F46, H42F46, and H72F46. Among them, H40F46 is a new type of structure with a spherical valve disc. Their common feature is that the lined valve disc moves up and down along the axis of the valve body passage.
3. Lift check valve
The basic series of lift check valves is H41F46 straight through lift check valve, which is characterized by a plastic lined valve disc that moves vertically along the inlet and outlet axes of the valve body.
Valve manufacturing follows specifications:
1. H41 and H44 types
a. Design and manufacturing in accordance with GB 12233/GB 12235 standards;
b. The structural length shall comply with GB 12221 (long short series);
c. The flange size shall be in accordance with JB 78/JB 79 (GB.HG. SH) standard;
d. The pressure test shall be carried out in accordance with the GB/T 13927 standard;
e. The logo shall comply with the GB 12220 standard;
f. Supply according to JB/T 7928 standard.
2. H40 type, H42 type
a. Design and manufacture in accordance with GB 12224 standard;
b. The structural length shall comply with GB 12221 standard;
c. The flange size shall be in accordance with JB 78/JB 79 (GB.HG. SH) standard;
d. The pressure test shall be carried out in accordance with the GB/T 13927 standard;
e. The logo shall comply with the GB 12220 standard;
f. Supply according to JB/T 7928 standard.
Valve Connection Standards
This product can be manufactured according to user needs and supplied in accordance with standards such as ANSI (American Standard), DIN (German Standard), JIS (Japanese Standard), etc.
