PO is the abbreviation for PLOY polymer in English. PO resin is a homopolymer of high molecular weight ethylene and polymerizes with olefins such as ethylene, propylene, and butene. It also includes some characteristic blends, reinforcements, and composites. It is a new type of lining material that is corrosion-resistant, anti-static, non-toxic, high-strength, and has good rigidity. Nowadays, this process is widely used in industries such as chemical, metallurgical, food, transportation, pharmaceutical, textile, etc. both domestically and internationally. It does not require the internal and external structure of the workpiece, and can be processed into shape for complex structures. It can replace stainless steel, titanium, enamel, fiberglass, rubber, F4 and other similar products, and is highly welcomed by users. Its processing method is rotary molding. The workpiece (steel container or pipeline) is heated during the rotation process, and the working surface of the powdered resin absorbs heat and melts. After rotating once, a layer of powdered resin is attached, which then absorbs heat and melts. Finally, it is processed to the specified thickness and cooled to form. Therefore, it ensures that the lining layer has no pinholes, leaks, and any welds in the process. And this process has no requirements for the internal and external structure of the workpiece, and can be processed into shape no matter how complex the structure is. In situations where the workpiece is large and transportation is difficult, on-site construction can still be carried out.
