1. Structure: Various types of tower sections, containers, reaction vessels, storage tanks, etc.

2. Specifications: DN ≤ 6000mm, barrel section length ≤ 5000mm, total length can be combined according to user requirements.

3. Lining thickness: PTFE with a thickness of 2-2.5mm.

4. Lining features:

1) The PTFE lining is made of imported PTFE material and formed by melting connection method. The effect of this connection method is not only smooth and flat on the surface, with almost no connection marks, but also has a tensile strength higher than existing connection methods abroad.

2) The inner wall of the PTFE lining layer is equipped with a support ring wrapped with fluoroplastic, which can effectively prevent bulging of the lining layer under temperature and negative pressure conditions, expanding the range of use of the lining in large containers.

3) At the support ring support point of the PTFE lining, ripples are formed to compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of the PTFE lining, significantly improving the service life of the lining.

4) Branch pipes can be opened at any location, with a length of generally 100mm.

5) The head and back cover generally adopt flat, butterfly or conical structures, and standard heads can also be used. The maximum depth (H) of a butterfly head is one tenth of the head diameter.

6) When a grating plate is required inside the container, the distance between the outer PTFE grating bars should be greater than 30mm. If the user's filler diameter is ≤ 30mm, a PTFE porous plate needs to be added to the grid plate.
