Overview of Polyurethane Waterproof Coatings

Introduction: Made from polyurethane as the base material, adding toughening agents, reinforcing agents, pigments and fillers, film-forming agents, mixed solvents, etc. Main performance:

1. The coating has elastic film-forming properties and good bonding performance.

2. Has excellent wear resistance, waterproofing, and anionic properties.

3. The coating has excellent oil resistance and corrosion resistance.

4. Excellent weather resistance.

5. Widely applicable for waterproof, flame-retardant, and anti-corrosion protection of materials such as building roofs, ship fuel tank concrete components, etc. Color: black or colored. Theoretical usage: 0.5-2kg/m2, dry on contact with fat: 60 minutes (25 ℃), repainting interval, less than 24 hours (25 ℃), storage period: Group B to less than 6 months, Group A to less than 12 months (stored in a cool and dry place, sealed). Recommended substrate condition: The substrate is dry, clean, and free of floating dust, oil stains, water vapor, and other debris. The surface should be flat without cracks, otherwise it is advisable to use corresponding matching polyurethane oil paste to embed and compact.
