1、 Product Description:

1) Tetrafluororubber composite gasket: Compared with other PTFE encapsulated gaskets, the advantage of PTFE composite gasket is the use of special bonding technology to tightly bond PTFE plastic with synthetic rubber, resulting in better overall composite performance. This product has excellent corrosion resistance, anti adhesion, as well as good elasticity and sealing performance.

2) The PTFE composite gasket is made of EPDM EPDM or NBR nitrile rubber as the main body, and is compounded with a specially activated pure PTFE shell at its effective sealing area.

3) The product reduces the cold flow of the gasket and increases its resistance to blowing out, making the gasket have good rigidity, strength, compression, rebound, and compensation, which can meet high pressure and harsh working conditions.

4) Operating pressure: PN ≤ 25bar, operating temperature: ≤ 130 ℃

Explanation:

1. We can produce DN1600~6000mm U-shaped sandwich washers and various non-standard washers according to user needs.

2. Material for gasket interlayer: asbestos and rubber are selected according to JC125-66 standard, and PTFE all rubber interlayer gaskets can be made for users. Rubber is selected according to HG4-400-60 standard.

3. Thickness of gasket: 3mm for gaskets below DN250mm, and 3mm for gaskets above DN250mm according to user requirements.

4. Rectangular, elliptical, and other irregular washers shall be made according to the user's drawings.
