Product Introduction:
Flexible rubber joints, also known as shock absorbers, rubber soft joints, rubber soft connections, shock absorbers, etc. A flexible rubber joint is a flexible connector for metal pipelines, consisting of an inner rubber layer, reinforced with nylon curtain fabric, a rubber sphere composite with an outer rubber layer, and a loose metal flange.
Performance characteristics:
It has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement, balanced pipeline deviation, absorption of vibration, good noise reduction effect, and convenient installation.
Applicable scope:
It can be widely used in water supply and drainage, circulating water, HVAC, fire protection, paper making, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, ship, pump, compressor, fan and other pipeline systems.
Applicable media: water, oil, seawater, acid, alkali.

Note: 1. Special requirements can be customized by letter or drawing. The flange shall be in accordance with the National General Water Supply and Drainage Standard Atlas, while others shall be in accordance with HG/T2289-92. 2. The working pressure of DN350-600 (2) type is 1.6MPa, and the working pressure of DN32-400 (3) type is 2.5MPa. 3. The working pressure of DN700-DN200 is 1.0MPa, DN1400 is 0.6MPa, DN1600-DN1800 is 0.4MPa, and the flange is selected according to 0.6MPa. The working pressure of DN2000 is 0.25MPa, and the flange is selected at a pressure of 0.6MPa. 4. High rise water supply uses products with a diameter of DN200 or above, and pipes must have fixed supports or brackets. Otherwise, anti pull devices should be installed for the products. |
