Lined pipes and accessories include lined straight pipes, lined elbows, lined tees, lined tees, lined reducers, etc.
According to material, it is further divided into lined PO pipes and fittings and lined PTFE pipes and fittings. Among them, lined PTFE pipes and fittings are further divided into winding process, molding process, and extrusion process according to production process. The pipes produced by molding and extrusion processes can withstand a certain negative pressure in the pipeline system.
1、 PTFE loose lined straight pipes and pipe fittings
PTFE lined straight pipes and pipe fittings, also known as loose lined pipe fittings, are used under working conditions without negative pressure in pipelines. The process involves turning PTFE rod material into a thin film strip, then wrapping the thin film strip around the specified pipeline mold for sintering. After sintering, the mold is demolded to form PTFE pipe blanks, which are then lined into welded seamless steel pipe fittings. Suitable for conveying pipelines under normal and positive pressure.
Diameter specification: DN25~300mm;
Working temperature: -50~180 ℃;
Work pressure: 1.6MPa
2、 PTFE molded straight pipes and pipe fittings
PTFE molded straight pipes and pipe fittings, also known as molded fittings, are used under negative pressure working conditions in pipelines. The process uses imported PTFE powder to shape seamless steel pipes and fittings under high pressure, which have been made according to requirements. After shaping, they are sintered and formed at high temperature in a high-temperature furnace.
Diameter specification: DN25~300mm;
Working temperature: -50~180 ℃;
Work pressure: -0.09~1.6MPa
3、 PTFE push tube tightly lined straight tube
PTFE push tube tightly lined straight pipe, also known as tight pull pipe, is currently one of the more advanced tightly lined pipelines. It is used under negative pressure working conditions in pipelines. Its process involves forcibly pulling PTFE pipes formed by imported PTFE powder into the inner wall of seamless steel pipes using mechanical cold drawing method. By utilizing the difference in inner and outer diameters of the two, interference fit is used to make them tightly adhere to the inner wall of the steel pipe, forming a seamless tight lining. To eliminate stress, it is placed in the furnace and heated to 180 ℃ for constant temperature treatment to adapt to temperatures below 180 ℃ for use. The thickness of the push pressure pipe is generally thicker than that of the same specification wrapped pipe, which will better combine with the inner wall of the seamless steel pipe and achieve the effect of negative pressure resistance.
